Overview: This app allows you to view your team's current wallet and points balance, plan version and expiration date, resource usage, and also lets you top up your wallet balance, use vouchers, buy points, upgrade plans, set up automatic renewal, and query plan, wallet, and points records.

I. Subscription Details

The "Subscriptions" section consists of three parts: balance and plans, resource usage, and transaction history. You can quickly view the current plan usage of your team, as well as the team's historical spending.

 

II. My Wallet

(1) Wallet balance: consists of top-up funds and bonus funds;

① Recharge: Top up your wallet balance;

② Redemption coupon: After successful redemption, the bonus amount will be automatically added to your wallet;

(2) Top-up funds: The current remaining amount in the wallet after topping up;

(3) Bonus: The amount of money exchanged or gifted. Bonus can be used for all functions and services within the platform;

 

1. Recharge

It supports three payment methods: Alipay, WeChat Pay, and VISA. Top-ups of $20 or more are free of platform fees.

 

2. Redeem Coupon

You can obtain redemption codes by participating in events that are launched from time to time.

 

III. Credits

(1) Credits balance: consists of recharged points and bonus points;

(2) Recharge: Points obtained through purchasing points;

(3) Credit: The number of points earned from upgrading packages, renewing packages, and participating in platform activities.

1. Credit Pricing

The details of points consumed for each function can be used to estimate the points that may be consumed when using the function.

 

2. Buy Credits

You can purchase points individually through the "Purchase Points" option. The base price for points is 1 point = $0.001. The more points you purchase in a single transaction, the more points you will receive as bonus points.

 

III. Group Plan

The package card displays the current package version, the number of days remaining in the package, and the package expiration date.

 

1. Upgrade Plan

(1) Select the packages required by the team according to the current business situation, and configure the packages according to the number of social media platform accounts required.

Downgraded plan: Effective immediately and non-refundable.

 

(2) The usage period for the package can be selected as 30 days/90 days/360 days.

 

2. Automatic Renewal

You can view or manage the status of automatic deductions upon the expiration of your package.
Once automatic renewal is enabled, the subscription will automatically renew when the plan expires, which can prevent situations such as scheduled tasks in the "Publish" section failing to be published normally or data missing in the "Analysis" section due to plan expiration.

 

IV. Usage Statistics

Statistical items	meaning	Handling when approaching the upper limit
Social Channels	Current number of social media accounts used / Package limit	Remove social media accounts that are no longer in use or are no longer usable, or increase the number of accounts.
Competitor	Number of competitor accounts added / Package limit	Clean up competitor accounts that don't need monitoring, or increase the number of accounts in the package.
Monitored Posts	Number of posts already added to the monitoring list / Package limit	Delete posts you no longer follow (recommended), or increase the number of accounts in your subscription plan.
Drive storage	Used storage space / maximum capacity	Delete materials from the past that are no longer needed.

1.Social Channels: The number of social media accounts added under [Social Media Accounts] - [Owned Accounts] in the current team package;

2. Competitor: The number of accounts the team has added in [Social Media Accounts] - [Competitor Accounts];

3. Monitored Posts: The number of posts added under 【Monitoring】-【KOLs/Posts】;

4. Drive storage: Materials in 【Creation】-【Drive storage】 include AI-generated images/videos, media materials used when posting articles, and materials uploaded by the user.

 

V. Consumption Records

You can view the corresponding order records based on the selected time.

1. Package Orders: Records of package purchases, trials, or changes made by the current team.

 

2. Wallet Records: Changes in funds such as wallet top-ups, exchanges, and spending.

 

3. Credit Record: You can view the details of points increase and consumption in "Details".
